About the Role:
- Executive support for the VP Strategy, Corporate Development & M&A and department heads based in Switzerland.
- Coordination of global leadership and governance meetings (agenda, materials, minutes, action tracking).
- Active follow‑up on decisions, actions, and approvals across Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, and Market Intelligence.
- Central coordination point for a globally distributed team.
- Management of executive‑ready document structures using Microsoft 365.
- Interface with HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Several years of experience in a senior executive or management assistant role in an international environment.
- Proven ability to support senior leaders located in another country.
- Excellent organizational skills, discretion, and proactive working style.
- Fluent English; German strongly preferred.
