About the Role:

  • Identify, structure, and assess new business opportunities across electronics, connectivity, digital solutions, and adjacent application fields (e.g., automation, energy, data connectivity).
  • Translate market, technology, and customer signals into concrete growth hypotheses and opportunity concepts (e.g., new offerings, adjacencies, go‑to‑market extensions).
  • Support the design and testing of new business models in close collaboration with Business Areas and Innovation Hubs.
  • Prepare business cases, MVP concepts, and scaling logic for promising initiatives, including revenue logic, cost drivers, and resource needs.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Management, and Innovation Hubs to evaluate electronics and connectivity technologies for commercialization potential.
  • Support technology-to-market translation: from technical concept to customer value proposition and commercial roadmap.
  • Support partner-driven growth initiatives, including joint developments, ecosystem partnerships, and non‑equity cooperations.
  • Assist in shaping partner monetization logic and collaboration models (e.g., pilots, co‑development, market access partnerships).
  • Contribute to organizational efficiency and productivity programs, especially where digital or data-enabled solutions can unlock value.
  • Support digital and data strategy initiatives in collaboration with Business Areas (e.g., enabling new digital offerings or analytics-driven decisions).

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or similar; MBA a plus (especially with technology or innovation focus).
  • 1–4 years of experience in corporate development, business development, innovation, strategy consulting, or technology-oriented roles (incl. internships/rotations).
  • Strong interest in electronics, technology, and innovation-driven business models.
  • Solid analytical skills combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experienced in Project Management Coordination
  • Understanding of how digital and data strategies drive modern corporate success.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
