Your tasks:

• Coordinate and oversee multi-project management in Innovation Hubs, ensuring optimal resource use and on-time, on-budget delivery
• Drive effective communication and collaboration within project teams and across departments
• Train and support project staff in enterprise project management standards and tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerBI, SAP, CRM)
• Foster a culture of change, continuous improvement, and agile working methods
• Conduct project reviews, reporting, and escalation management
• Harmonize project management standards and processes across Innovation Hubs and R&D
• Lead and optimize PMO activities and project management systems at the enterprise level
• Willingness to travel internationally

Your profile:

• Completed degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma) in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, design engineering, product development, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management in a leadership role (e.g., programme management)
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong process management skills for supporting and developing processes within Innovation Hubs
• Proficient in English and German
• Confident user of MS Office, MS Project, PowerBI, and SAP; experience with CRM, SAC, and cplace is a plus
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
• Self-driven, hands-on mentality

Additional Advantages:

• PMP project management certification or equivalent
• Experience in research and development (especially managing research projects)
• Experience in PMO (Project Management Office) activities
