• Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Innovation Management or a comparable technical or scientific field 
• Several years of solid experience in technology strategy, strategic technology management, technology portfolio management, and/or innovation management, ideally within an international industrial or technology-driven environment
• Proven experience in the evaluation and prioritization of technologies, as well as in developing and managing strategic technology portfolios and roadmaps
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, open innovation, and technology ecosystems, combined with experience in building and leveraging external technology and innovation networks
• Strong strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to translate technology trends into concrete strategic initiatives and business opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international, cross-functional environment
• Proactive and execution-oriented personality with strong networking and collaboration skills, as well as fluent German and English skills
