We are seeking an Injection Assembly Technician mounts, processes, and inspects components at manual and partially automated workstations to achieve daily shop floor targets. This role ensures a smooth manufacturing workflow by strictly following technical drawings, work instructions, and inspection cards while maintaining strict quality control and equipment cleanliness.
To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:
- Mounting and processing components at manual/partially automated workplaces according to job documents, drawings, inspection cards, and work instructions
- Supporting the analysis of faults and downtimes as well as deriving actions
- Inspecting parts during the manufacturing process according to the work plan and inspection instructions, as well as documenting the results
- Taking on logistical tasks for the production area
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and checking the equipment according to operating instructions/checklists
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and experience to thrive in this role:
- High school diploma, GED or professional training
- 1-5 years of experience in the relevant field
- Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Compensation:
- HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.
- Competitive salary: $20 - $30 dlls per hour(commensurate with experience)
