Key responsibilities:

•Production planning procedures (based on global and regional guidelines) and interdependencies of tools and required materials/ parts reflected in PP/DS system;

•Implement rules and guidelines for escalations within in ePP/DS system and manage possible deviations (due to escalations, material shortages or other factors);

•Continuous improvement and update of PP/DS processes and data to improve future operations;

•Resolve issues relating to ePP/DS and systems integration, with supporting functions (IT and Controlling) and share best practices with other regions.

Target capabilities:

•3+ years of expertise with SAP related systems, ideally with experience in:

• Fundamental understanding of production processes, related technologies and requirements;
• Developing production plans, manually and automated in SAP related systems/ environments;

•High degree of independence and strong analytical capabilities to support production planning teams;

•Interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively in a team and align and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders;

•Profound commercial and technical knowledge of respective production processes and their planning, incl. understanding of aiding technology (aATP and ePP/DS);

•Supply chain expertise in connector or adjacent industry beneficial;

•Educated to degree level in business or engineering (equivalent) or journeyman/ master craftsman with profound English skills orally and in writing (C level), if applicable 1+ local language.
